Arvin Santos is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and joined Aletheia in 2009. Mr. Santos began his career in 1996 as a Research Analyst for a leading financial data firm. In 2001, he joined the high-net-worth discretionary wealth management business of the Royal Bank of Canada Financial Group as an Investment Solutions Analyst for RBC Private Counsel. Mr. Santos was quickly promoted to Manager of the Global Analytics team in 2002. Mr. Santos helped to establish RBC’s proprietary Manager Research and Due Diligence process. In 2005, the Manager Research team of RBC Private Counsel and the Performance Analytics team of RBC Asset Management were merged and put under Mr. Santos’ leadership. Mr. Santos earned his Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Windsor and is a CFA charterholder.
